This 2nd floor unit offers an open living room, dining area and kitchen with vaulted ceilings. In addition, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a laundry closet. Owner provides WiFi and ROKU cable (not Comcast). Pet friendly property on case by case basis with pet fee. Pets brought without owner permission are considered a break of the lease and tenants are subject to fee of twice the usual pet fee or removal. Pet Fee - $455 per pet, per week.
