Also, owner provides comforters/blankets, pillows, television in all 3 bedrooms and living area, shared enclosed outsider shower, keurig, blender condo association shared grilling area and more. The Avalon Boardwalk extends from 21st to 32nd Street and is wonderful for those who enjoy walking in the morning or evening. A terrific unit to truly make a memorable vacation!
