The pool area overlooks the bay with BBQ grill. The rooftop deck offers great bay views. There is a covered parking spot and storage area to store beach gear and items. 2 boatslips available. The rendering photos depicted are of the living room to be updated and the upper deck that will be updated with new photos in March/April. .
