Just two blocks away you can enjoy the beach, tennis and basketball courts, skate park, playground, grocery store and several restaurants. This unit includes wireless Internet as well as 2 covered off street parking spaces. Property accommodates 8 people and cleaning service is provided. Also, owner will provide beach tags for your convenience, however there will be a fee charged if any of the 8 tags are missing from the unit upon your departure. Please note that there is NO GRILLING permitted at this property in accordance to Condo Association agreement. Also, it is very important to BE AWARE OF WATER SAFETY ON AND AROUND THE DOCKS. It is imperative that small children not be left unattended and the use of appropriate life vests are highly recommended! There is to be NO diving or jumping off the bulkhead at any time.
