The open first floor has a spacious living room with bay views, dining area, open kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and counter seating. The first floor also includes a powder room and large laundry room. Additionally there is a wraparound deck. The second floor features two large guest bedrooms and a shared hall bath. There is also a master bedroom suite with private bath, and walk in closet on this floor. Some other notable features include an assigned parking space, shared outdoor shower, 2 TVS, BBQ and shared complex elevator. The storage area is NOT included with the rental and is for owner use only.
