Owner provides coffee maker, crockpot, mixer, dining room table has a leaf and can sit up to 6 or 8 if you use the two extra folding chairs, iron and ironing board, offstreet parking for up to 2 cars, enclosed outside shower, propane BBQ, and 2 televisions with cable service The televisions are located in living area and family room/bedroom.
