The 8th bedroom can also be used as a sitting room has it s own private bath with deck and electric blow up Queen size sofa bed (10"). Elevator service from ground level to all three floors makes carrying luggage and groceries a thing of the past. The pool with spacious surrounding patio space and cabana bar are perfect for afternoon and evening barbecues or just a nice alternative to the beach. Powder room built on the northeast side of the property specifically for convenience of use when outside using the swimming pool area!
