First floor offers family room with television, bedroom with queen bed, full hall bath (tub/shower), bedroom with two queen beds that has private bathroom, laundry room, another bedroom with queen bed and the last bedroom with King bed having and private bathroom. The first floor family room offers access to rear deck and swimming pool. Second floor provides a great room with vaulted ceilings kitchen (coffee maker, blender, wine chiller, waffle maker, rice cooker, gas stove,) with granite countertops, dining area, spacious living room (fireplace not included) and a powder room. The master suite has king bed and its own private master bath. The propane BBQ is by the pool area. Pets permitted with owners approval and additional fees apply. All televisions are streaming- XFINITY STREAM (no cable). TV in all bedrooms, living room and family room. Pool Closes October 5th, 2026. Pool area has loungers, chairs and side tables.
